Think of it as your personal constitution — boundaries for your nervous system, your energy, and your peace. ✨ Your Power Virtues – the core qualities that fuel your greatness. Using “I am” statements, you begin reinforcing the strengths already inside you while stepping into the version of yourself you’re becoming. ✨ Your Incantations – emotionally charged statements spoken with intention and repetition to rewire your brain, shift your state, and build new belief patterns. This is where identity change becomes neurological change. When you combine your standards, your virtues, and your incantations, you create alignment between your mind, your emotions, and your actions. That’s where lasting change begins — one step at a time. This process helps you stay grounded, focused, kind, open-minded, and calm — even in stressful situations — so you can create more connection, more peace, and better results in every area of life.
