Great ways to detox your mind

Did you know that we have 40,000 to 60,000 thoughts a day. We often tell ourselves that we can't change, that's just the way I am. Or we should on ourselves and tell ourselves all the things we should be doing or not doing. Our mind gets toxic by the thoughts we have over and over that are negative. Those repetitive thoughts then become beliefs.


Doing a thought download daily is a very effective way to detox your mind. Set a timer for 5 minutes. Get all your thoughts out on paper. Look at them and see which ones are helping you. Know that you have a choice in what you want to think. Chose positive thoughts and practice them. They will start to replace the negative ones and it won't be long until you are becoming the person you want to be.
